Thanks! They don't really have a symbolic meaning exactly, it's mostly building off of a motif I use in some of my horror drawings ever since I had a nightmare where ladybugs came out of my eye (along with my... guts?). Ironic since ladybugs are my favourite bugs, but they often appear in my nightmares! Plus the red and black really pops lol

There's sooooo many things to like about this design! Getting a nice mix of Warframe, cyberpunk and Star-Wars Twi'lek goodness~

I'll never not be a fan of cyan/magenta double-lighting, it just screams cyberpunk and I'm all here for it!

Thank you! Yeah the client and I are kind of pals and we have a mutual love for cyberpunk, so she asked me to inject a bit of that into her OC for this one. Tons of fun!!

I usually have a hard time enjoying heavy uses of chromatic aberration (that red/blue "haze" around things), but this is the perfect way to use it IMO. It really gives off the proper hazy-minded vibe of dreaming and waking up.

It might sound benign, but I like your background for these "character / monster exhibit" pieces! It has a very.. 'matrix'-y vibe? Perfect to concentrate the eyes on the subject, but still has enough little detail to not be a flat gradient.. I'm not sure how to explain it! It's just really pleasing! x)

The ghost smiling almost makes it feel like it just wants to hug the viewer... but then the blood might make you reconsider. hehe x)

Saw your reply to Putney and I could 100% see this in a game! Maybe something along the lines of Slay the Spire? Whatever you eventually do with these concept arts, I'll check out! <3
